Eat less salt easy catastrophe
Diet rich in
salt is not good for the heart. But if eaten too little salt will increase the
risk of cardiovascular disease in people with normal blood pressure.
New research
shows people who must reduce salt is people with hypertension or salt
consumption exceeds the threshold allowing (according to the World Health
Organization (WHO) then it should only take 2-5 g salt/day).
The
researchers of McMaster University-Ontario (Canada) has studied the 130,000 in
49 different countries about the use of salt in the daily diet. They
particularly learn the relationship between the amount of salt used and the
cardiovascular disease in people with hypertension and those with normal blood
pressure.
The research
was published in the British medical journal "The Lancet" shows: If
not enough daily salt can increase the risk of accidents the brain or the
heart.

the risk of heart attack, stroke or death compared with those who consumed on
