Accordingly, the hotline will operate from 7:30 to 21h on weekdays to receiving feedback from citizens relating to issues of food safety field, after 21h, the calls are automatically recorded and treatment in the early hours the next morning.

Thus, people can reflect, to comment on the basis of activities, food production or business fails to comply with regulations relating to food safety and hygiene.
In addition, the hotline also provides information for people and communities on the policy, direction, decision, conclusions of municipal leaders related to food safety and hygiene.
