18/7 morning, at the City Conference Centre. Vinh Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Fatherland Front Vinh City held a ceremony posthumously awarded state honors "Mother Vietnam hero".
Attending the ceremony posthumously were Mr. Vo Viet Thanh - Member of Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary of Vinh; Representative Board Emulation - Commendation provinces; city leaders. Vinh, the departments concerned with the mother's body was posthumously conferred the title "Mother Vietnam Hero" for the occasion.

Experiencing the war, TP. Mother honored Vinh 160 Vietnam hero, in which, 44 were awarded the Mother in 1994, 1995. From 2014 to now has 116 Mother Vietnam hero to be honored, including the provincial organization honored 19 Vietnam heroic mother, municipal organization honored 92 Vietnam heroic mother.
